Terms of Use
To redeem your gift certificate, please provide us with the gift certificate number and the names of the products you want to purchase via contact@littletreehouse.ca or 1-866-920-6778.
If your purchase is less than the value of the gift certificate, we will e-mail you the balance left on your gift certificate. You can use this balance for your next purchase. The balance left on your gift certificate is not refundable.
If your purchase is more than the value of the gift certificate, we will ask for your credit card information to process the balance owing.
Non-promotional gift certificates and balances do not expire.
Promotional gift certificates and balances are valid for 1 year from the issue date written on the gift certificates.
We use your personal information only for payment processing via eSelectPlus Moneris and for delivery via Canada Post. We do not share your personal information with any other third party. We do not keep your credit card information on file.
- Errors
Little Treehouse online store may contain errors in descriptions of products, dimensions, pricing and/or availability. We reserve the right to correct any of these inaccuracies and update our information without prior notice, including changes to your current or pending order. We will contact you, should this error occur. At that point, you have the option to cancel your order.
