1. Ensure the item to be returned is unused and in its original condition.  
2. Call us at 1-866-920-6778 to obtain the return authorization code.

* Little Treehouse will not accept any COD shipping of returns.

Please note: The refund amount is the product price plus applicable taxes. The original shipping fees will not be refunded if you paid the original shipping fees. The original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount if Little Treehouse paid for the original shipping fees.  The refund will be made to your credit card after we receive the item. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original condition.
